From another place, you can see the whole world

Stolen lamps is what he carried

Talkative, but to no one in particular

He made is way through the crowd

He saw people he knew - or knew him

But he looked away

He was on a mission, not to be interrupted

Spectators were inevitable, long nights had made him this way

Grave danger is what he sought, but he was wearing a helmet, so he was gonna be okay

Find him in his office and you wouldn’t notice anything particular about him

Here, he was a star

Not the kind one sees on tv

No, the kind you could only see when it’s dark and there are not too many lights around

You got to hand it to him, how he made use of the situation

He took what he had, the lamps, and turned it into a paradise

He stayed there, because better, it would not get

Joined he was not, but he still had favours to call
